Samsung faulty TV delivered and now no replacement or action

I had been struggling to get my TV replaced as the LED device purchased by me is faulty. dealer and Samsung both are giving me false assurance that someone will look into this etc etc.. I need it replaced on priority and want to ensure No other customer is cheated again like this.

It has not been working completely now for more than a week.
