Chemist is not taking medicine back complain against Shree balaji Medical

My name is Anup Singh Negi, I am writing this e-mail to inform you that my wife buying revital for me but upon the very strong recommendation of the chemist Shree balaji Medical & general store (sector-9 rohini Delhi-85 shopno-38 dda market phone no-011-27564777, 8744008777 ) my wife took becosules , he promised her to take the medicine back if it does not suits. It was unfortunate bercosules did not suit me at all and I had to go to doctor, my stomach got disturbed badly. When we tried to return it he stepped back from his words and behaved badly and asking us to contact company also he did not give us any bill while we purchased becosule, we asked him for bill and he was denying for the same we had to mess to get the bill but he provided the bill on current date not on back date when becosule was purchased. Moreover I have also wrote an e-mail to becosule company but they are not addressing the issue.

Please look into this matter and do the needful.
