Sub-Owner of this red tape outlet is very much Rude

I have bought red tape shoes on 15/08/2021 Formal Shoes..but they hv given me the wrong pair..wen I got to know  after two days wen i wear it..then visit there for exchange. They told me come after two days..

Thenafter , I visited again after two days..then the owner of this outlet was very rude to me never accepted his mistake.

In front of his cctv cameras he gestures look may polite but verbally he was very very rude..

He exchange my shoes but his way of talk and his behaviour was very very intolable..

I boycott red tape from now onwards due to the behaviour of this owner.
