I. Bought new tecno mobile before 6 month. after 6. Month my phone screen break unfortunately. I visit Bal tecno. Customer care service center kapurthala..customer care said ur phone display change in one time screen replacement warranty i submit my phone for 6 days . After 6 days i received my phone with new network problem . All fault of customer service center. After my complaint customer care said ur phone mother board cant work properly replace it . I.m agree but after change mother board i face same network problem. Customer care staff say ur. Phone mother change In warranty but staff say lying. I check it my phone mother board for another service center he said ur phone mother board never change.. im shock. I really want legal action against tecno service center kapurthala punjab india
