Flipkart.com Fraud case. Delivery of fake product (dummy).

I ordered redmi k20 on 5th august 2019 but when i receive it on 7th august 2019 i found the box of redmi 7 pro in the box. Then i raise the return request with reason of different product received. When the courier man came to replace, he opened the box of redmi note 7 pro and found that there is a dummy of vivo mobile phone in the box. There is no mobile phone in the box of redmi note 7 pro. After that my replacement was cancelled. Then i again contacted flipkart customer care, they said to wait for 48 hours and then raise a return request with reason(fake product) received. I wait for 6 days but my replacement was still under process. After contacting flipkart customer care, my replacement request was cancelled on 21 August, 2019 but there was no option of return on the site because the 10 days period of return was over. Then i again contacted flipkart customer care for return and replacement. Then they raise the request and i got the message on same day that my replacement will be done on 22 august, 2019. Today i.e. 22 august, 2019 i got the message of out for delivery and i contacted many times to courier man and at last he says that he did not got approval from flipkart to replace the dummy product.

My product is yet not replaced and company is just saying wait and wait.

I request you to please look into the matter and resolve it with the end of company.
