Replacement denied by service centre executive AMANDEEP SINGH

Samsung mobile A50 , which was not working correctly having heating issues, slow processing issues, less battery backup and the major problem is side rim is losen.
When it was given to Grace Enterprises, the executive AMANDEEP SINGH , has straight away denied of replacement and then asked for keeping phone for testing , which was kept.
Then after calling to samsung care centre regarding the status of phone, the lady told that the phone is fine you can take it but when about loosen rim is asked she said we can fix it but i didnt want to repair it in very second weak only,so the lady cross checked with AMANDEEP SINGH whole on hold,his wording was ,“Madam we will not replace this client’s mobile no matter what”.
So i want to register complaint againt them and want my mobile to be replaced as soon as possible.
