online bought an android mobile of Vox company from shopping site shopclues.com

I just online bought an android mobile of Vox company from shopping site shopclues.com in December 2015 at Rs 1999, but it can work properly only 2-3 months and then hardware problem come to it. After that the mobile was not switted on. I call to the no. which was on the bill but they all are switched off. So neither I contact to the company nor my mobile was work, it was totally switched off and never be on. So please help me.
