Not Refunding security deposit and not responding

I Angesh Kumar have signed an agreement for the franchise of dealership on 30-11-2018 with BIG MEGA MART,a company incorporated under the companies Act,1956(municipal corporation Act under 366&427,REG NO.:51807502161).I have made a transaction of 25,000 rupees as a security deposit to Mr.Sanjay Sharma holding account in HDFC bank, ACCOUNT NO.50200032294311 and IFSC code-HDFC003693 and has mobile no.7049007429.
But after completion of agreement I didn't get any positive response from company.according to agreement they are supposed to provide us 7 to 8 orders on daily basis but after fourth day they not lifting phone and there is no single means of of contact with them,I received one item through post office barwal, Kathua.The product I received is useless.
So above this company look like fraud company.

So kindly I request you to take up this matter urgently to help me recover my money.
