Not giving bill plus selling 3rd grade products and fooling customer

I purchased 2 cold wax ayur herbal brand then i opened the opened the viscosity tht should be there was not there it was a duplicate wax the company had dine adultratiin in tht very product ..and when i went to ship to tell them ..they refused to give me bill and plus they abused me and said jo karna ha karo .i bought cold wax but it seemed that it was water ....
