Hi sir i was joined Hum tum company provided Led TV in installments. At rs 1000/pm (12000 LED Tv rate) i was submitted through the person who joined me that company and he had taken also in advance installment as some time 2000 and given the slips together to me.this month he did not come and on 15 may i was gone and submitted my 10 th installment . i was gone to submit my 10 th instalment because he did not come (today was last date 15th of every mth to submit...)i was shocked the cash counter employer given me the 6th mth slip instead of 10 th mth...she said that person had not submitted installments from 4 th mths....and he was died on road accident on date 18th in April....
My question is -- if that person did not submitted the my installment or jumped 4 mths 120 days .
why company did not told me truth about that ur payment is due from 1 , 2 mths , they did not call , sent me letter or person even message on my mobile number. why they silently help him to cheat me.... This really mentally harrash me , this is the big negligence of the company ....
Plz help me to compensate.. Take legal action against the company .
