i bought a mobile phone Samsung galaxy s6 rs 25109 throw eBay.com on 28 Aug 2016 and i received the phone on 31 Aug 2016,but phone have camera and network problem and i claim for ir to ebay but ebay rejected my claim without any reason then i talked to seller about it and seller told me that sent back the phone to him he will check the phone and if screeches not on phone then he will refund money on 10 Sep he agreed for refund and now ebay can refund my money from 10 days ebay not refund my money i called them many time they always take the time 72 hours plese look into the metter
