Myntra not refunding money nor delivering the item

Hi Myntra Team,
Kindly help with one of my order cancellation request . order I'd mentioned above was placed on 8th May but to so much delay till today, on June 3rd I cancelled the order .But you guys are not helping me to cancel the order where the payment was made beforehand And seller is not accepting the cancellation.It is highly unethical of u guys to create such nuisances for a regular customer who has been harassed in a such a way .Kindly help me with the cancellation or else I will drag u to the consumer court and we see how long u try to keep harrasing the customer.Its been June 13 , till date no word on item delivery or order cancellation refund update
