Mobile phone not repaired, XIAOMI Redmi2 prime to MI Exclusive Service Center' in Noida

I'm Sahil Khanna and I submitted my XIAOMI Redmi2 prime phone for repair in the company's authorized service center named 'MI Exclusive Service Center' in Noida on 28th May. The job sheet number which was provided to me is 'JS16052800903'. It's been more than 2 months now and still I have not recieved my phone back. Whenever I call the customer care of XIAOMI I get the same answer that its not repaired and will let you know when repaired. I'm very disappointed by XIAOMI. I want my phone to be replaced if they can't fix it
