Hi ,

I bought HTC 516 CDMA handset from Reliance website on 05.11.2015 . Now reliance has converted technology from CDMA to 4G but handset is not compatible to 4G . I had contacted HTC customer care but no solution to this, then I called Reliance customer care but they asked to buy new handset . My question to Reliance is if I had especially bought this handset from and for Reliance CDMA and if this handset is waste now then reliance must compensate for new one to match 4GSM .Also Relinace has been lingering customer from last many days that CDMA will be upgraded to 4G but no clear date and no clear asnwer from customer support.Simply making fool of customer . Till date 4G is not launched and no date plan shared.
