Hitachi AC is not responding against complaint

Dear Sir,

I have purchased new Hitachi AC and it is not performing well so I made complaints to customer care.But no one visits my place to address the complaint but complaints are always closed in their system.I have made around 10 complaints but not attended so far.I tried to reach their top management by email and twitter but they are not responding.
