O General window AC- no service by company during AMV

I have 1.5 T window AC of O General and it is under AMC till 2019 with you. Presently it is not cooling and inspite repeated complaints, no one is taking care from your side. Even their CCE- Ms Merine at 12:40 today told me that due to summer there is delay in service and give me a no 9810264971 to call directly and refusedvto Lodge my complaint.
