I bought the Micromax mobile model Q-416 on 16-April-2016 from BEST Electronics (1/6822, East Rohtash Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-110032) (BILL ATTACHED).

I am very disturbed due to this phone. From the day, I have bought, it is creating problem.

I have submitted it at the service centre three times. The details of service centre are as follows: MICROMAX MOBILE SERVICE CENTER – AMEDKAR ROAD, KALKAGARHI CHOWK.SUPREME SERVICES; Address: 92, 1St Floor, Amedkar Road, Kalkagarhi Chowk. Ghaziabad.Mobile Number: 9654958164.

At present, it is again lying with the service centre with service request no. N040643-0716-24288812....(COPY ATTACHED)

I am frustrated with the model now and need the model replacement.
