memory card defective

Sir I purchase memory card ( Samsung 32 gb class 10) from 350.
It will work not properly...my smartphone detect less class memory card ..card is veen hanged whole phone..and on packaging labeling of card...it promise that transfer speed is 24mb/s but it is not right

    I have ordered sports shoes from a online shopping site(Deals and offers) which I found on facebook. I have ordered grey color shoes but received different shoes of orange color. The product delivered is very very cheap. So, I decided to return the product but the customer care of that website is not at all answering my call. I have made some research on the facebook about this site and found that this site has done fraud with lot of customers. So, it's my request from you to take a strict action against them and help me and others in getting our money back.
