Illegal deduction of money from digital tv account and not providing service

The Airtel Digital TV has deducted Rs 150 from my account illegally by activating channel arbitrarily without any consent from me.

Secondly I have paid them Rs 2750 for one year service and my settop box is not working for last 15 days. Despite of several complaints, they are not replacing the set top box and also not agree to refund the amount against non availability of service. They are doing the mental harassment of the customer by looting our money. The consumer court should dealt severely with such fraud companies they should fine a heavy penalty for harassing the innocent customers.

I need my money back which I paid as yearly rental reparation of Rs 25,000/- for the telephone charge (telephone calls are chargeable to their helpline) and continuous metal harassment by the company.
