Goods expiry and damage by company employees and not settling company

I have purchased gooda from pratap snacks pvt ltd.and company have provided employees to liqudate my stock but employees have left the company and stock dump at my godaam company not settling my expiry and damage goods.kindly help me to solve my problem.
