From Punbus workers misbehave

I was traveling from banga to Amritsar , on no punbus 1253 , but conductor sid bus will stop Jalandhar bus stand. When I was go with my laguage 1253 punbus to counter .then punbus 1253 was going to Amritsar . And later on next punbus no 3043E my laguage breaked. Please accept my complaint.
