Faulty Product purchased Woodland Black Casual Shoes to PayTM online

I purchased Woodland Black Casual Shoes (Item # 1519820518) thru Paytm which I received on 15/Jan/2016 for Rs.3195.Its only 1.5 months and the leather on the right shoe has uneven folds and has wrinkles on it,whereas the left shoe is smooth as it should be.

I reported this issue on 1/mar/2016, send the pictures to them about the issue but they are least bother to stand behind their product as its only 1.5 months old shoes.Reported the issue twice and now Woodland is telling me that we can repair only if it is in repairable condition and if you (customer) want a replacement contact paytm.

It’s your product if Woodland is not ready to stand behind your product then how can Paytm can take care of this issue.

I received a phone call from Woodland on 2/Apr/2016 and they first said send the product to us and we will take care of it then again they called me and said we cannot take care of this issue.
Woodland is just making money buy selling defective leather that's also too expensive.Its a harassment and mental torture as its too expensive shoe and only lasts for 1.5 months that's ridiculous.

We would never buy Woodland products again and make sure no one from my office, home or relatives buys one... would definitely be going to raise this issue further if not taken care.
