I brought the car CHEVROLET BEAT DIESEL LT (White), from ELDEE motors on 18 Nov 2011.
from the starting this car had been causing some or the other problem while usage.
several complaint calls and mails have been send to the company and the working service center but no help or proper response was provided by their end. my car had been in their custody for about 20 months(in total of two sessions of 3.5 months and 16 months) in the total time period of 4 years from purchase till date. all their actions and deeds clearly point out their ill motive of cheating the customers and i feel deeply cheated by the company and their service agencies across the country.
the conditions that i have faced with the vehicle till date clearly indicated full chances of me being provided with the faulty product and even worse after sales service to cover up their fault. at present the agency is holding my vehicle and not providing me the proper details and documents i asked them so i can be satisfied with their services and always ignoring my calls and mails. they have also dishonored the legal notice send to them TWICE, giving no response even over the legal notice.
