Fake product ordered mi samsung power bank and this company

I ordered mi samsung power bank and this company has send a fake power bank which got full charged in 1 hour and when i plugged it in my mobile, it just charged for 20 min and went off.

When i called their customer care, they said there is no waranty or guarantee of the product. But waranty guarantee starts when the product deliver is genuine and in the working condition.

Please take action against these fake people who are there to make fool of people.
