I had ordered a "MI POWER BANK 10400 Mah" from Bookmyoffer.com on 30/May/2016. Order No: 080467760633904.
Company info: Saturday Sunday Media Internet Pvt Ltd
Address: Level 18 one Horizn centre, Golf Course Road, Phase V, Gurgaon
CIN No: U93000HR2015PTC057478

Product was made on 3/June/2016 and cash worth INR 448/- was collected. Product was delivered by ecomm express under shipment number 774809935 (www.ecomexpress.in) and they have collected cash.

The product delivered is fake & not functioning. Product is not of the brand ordered. In fact there is no branding on the product. It claims to be a 10400 Mah powerbank, which does not charge even 10% of my phone. It discharges in less than 10 minutes.

I wrote to bookmyoffer.com on 4/June & later on 7/June and there is no response received from them till date. Their call centre number (8010001133) is not answered by anyone.

There are several individuals who have been cheated by this website - Pls check facebook page of bookmyoffer.com to see such complaints against this company.

The company is selling fake and faulty products across the country.

I seek your help to apprehend promoters of this company and save other fellow Indians from falling prey to their online offers.

    I have ordered a Samsung evo micro SD card 64 gb class 10 from bookmyoffer.com.But I received a duplicate cheap quality faulty memory card from them. I have complained to them on the phone but they are not listening to me and now they just hung up my call. I have sent email also but they are saying that my device is having fault. My device is perfect. The memory card is fake duplicate one. I want to do a legal case of cheating against this company. Please help me to fight against this website and get back my money. Thank you

    I have ordered a product on bookmyoffer.com with ref no 80467720293475. Item description is 'Buy HP/Dell laptop bag with Sony 10400mAh powerbank' the is of very cheap quality and power bank is damaged. There is no provision to return the product.

    Baught shoe , but not up to the mark.want to return. But no response from company side on phone as well as on mail. Want to take legal action against them to close this company. They have lot of negative opinions of customer.
