sir/mam, ebay gives me special coupon 2500/- via E-mail.i use the code for RS 475/- (Remaining RS use for next purchasing (2025/-)),now i want to use that coupon but message is coupon use only one time. and ebay customer care says"can not give my RS 2025/-"

    PaisaPay ID 42880322309 order placed on 19th june and after few days i received a email from eBay your order is shipped by dtdc courier i am regularly tracked the item but tracking shows invalid i am claim eBay guarantee they told me seller give you fake tracking id they told me your amount will be refunded but 8 working days left my amount not refund please help me

    My paisa pay id 44442660198 What is this? My refund has been approved from 15Jan2017, but still today 05Feb2017 the refund money has not been initiated from your side (Ebay/PaisaPay). If this type of issues will be rising, then who will interest to buy from Ebay. I am contacting regularly from previous 10 days. All your customer care executive says same thing. Your refund will be processed in next 24hrs.
