I, Rohan Ramachandran purchased a flat bearing address B 102 Keshav Kunj, Ambawadi Bus Stop, Alyali Satpati Road, Palghar West, Pin 401404 in February 2013 from builder Amrutlala Ratan Goyal of M/S Ritesh Developers.
The builders never informed me of No Completion Certificate for the project & refuse to do anything in this matter stating that a case has been put by them against a corrupt corporator against whom nothing can be done. In January 2016 due to extreme bankruptcy & inability to sell the above flat, due to no C.C & Non-availability of home-loan to new buyers, my mother & I entered a suicide pact, in which I survived. (Refer to newspapers from January 27-30 for ref). Since then builder has been harassing me mentally as police never took action against him.
He refuses to issue seller n.o.c without Rs 1,00,000/- being paid to him & we have now found out in the master blueprint, my 2bhk flat of 725 sq feet for which I had paid him Rs 17,28,000/- is showing as a 1BHK & neighboring 1BHK is marked as 2BHK, which is a total forgery. Thus once again I cannot sell the flat even though I have secured a party for the same, as even non-leading banks are refusing funding because of this.
Summarization of grievances:
1) No Completion Certificate
2) Refusal to issue seller n.o.c for reselling flat.
3) No society formation after 4 years.
4) Blueprint forgery.
5) Society charges of Rs 35,000/- paid with nothing in return.
I would thus request strict action / compensation from above mentioned developer for my financial loss / mental harassment / death of my mother .

    I have purchased under construction flat from POonam lifestyles builders in 2011 but till date i have not received possession and i am paying bank loan as well as rent as i have no place to stay.

    Please guide me further to recover damages from the builder.
