I HAD ORDERED AN ASUS ZENFONE 2 WORTH 15000/- FROM FLIPKART ON 27TH MAY 2016 AND PAID BY DEBIT CARD . MY ORDER NUMBER BEING OD10612043776764000. THE PRODUCT RECIVED ON 2ND June WAS COMPLETELY DEFECTIVE AS THE PHONE WAS NOT GETTING CHARGED. I REQUESTED RETURN AND REFUND OF MONEY. Flipkart is making no attempt to resolve the issue. this is complete harassment, i was hospitalized for 5 days and yet kept following up with flipkart team but there is no response from them. please take stringent action against flipkart and help me resolve the issue.
