FAILURE TO REPAIR/ REPLACE THE PRODUCT FOR MORE THAN 02 MONTHS WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD

The product JBL sound bar 2.1 purchased from e-commerce site Amazon.in on 31st Aug 2020 worth Rs23999/-. Developed defect within a month from delivery. After a single service engineer visit the product is still lying without any repair or replacement done. No communication is made in this regard except a message that your service request can not be rectified due to non availability of spare parts. There is no satisfactory reply from the service provider. The delay in repair is consuming the warranty period in addition that the dead part is lying under my custody worth Rs.23999/-. The dialogue with the rep have been extremely discouraging and pathetic. The company has the policy of replacement within 10 days but there is no bar for repair. It can not go on for unlimited time. In view of pathetic service provided by Harman and product within warranty a refund is demanded from the seller as the company has neither been competent enough to execute the bound service nor shown any intent to cater for consumer favor.
