respected sir,

i want to file a complaint against online shopping site BOOKMYOFFER.com as they did a fraudlent delivery of the product.. i was not at home so i called my parents to recieve the product nd they told me that the box was open already.. i checked the product and it was some duplicate power bank that i didnt even ordered.. the one i ordered was replaced by this one before delivery.. and i didnt even got a cash memo.. when i called the helpline of the site, it doesnt connect to the officials.. sir i want u to take action against this FRAUD site so that i can get my money back.. thanku sir..
