I bought a mobile from amazon on 26 june in exchange offer. Unfortunately my old mobile phone cound not be exchanged as it camera was broken. So i returned it on 26 june. Almost one months have been passed but i did not get my return. I am very fed up because I made lots of call to customer care department.
