Rat protection cover malfunction in washing machine

I using fully automatic LG washing maching it's under warranty. After visit technician confirm wire cut by Rat. Means Rat protector not manufacturered properly due to Rat came inside machine and cut wire.requst to u pls provide new washing machine else refund money.or mentally disturbed amount
