My name ashish kumar singh mai nay may2019 ko ek mobile hdfc say finance Kiya or us ke emi 2389 rs 9months kay Liya July 19 ko first emi meray ac say debit ho gai but aug/sep ko emi deduct nahi hoaa or bank nay v koi msg nahi Kiya jab mai nay query ke tho unhonay kaha ecs problem hai tho mai nay 2months ke emi pay krdiya mai nay unko 4times ecs signature kr Kay diya but oct may v emi deduct nahi hoaa or nov say ecs hit kr raha hai koi info nahi de or meray ac may v balance nahi thaa but un logo nay koi msg or call nahi Kiya or fine charges Kiya mai nay loan support ko mail kiya but koi response nahi aaya or avi 25000rs ke fine add kiya hai plz help me
