Complaint against Flipkart regarding not giving refund for damage product

I had ordered LG LED IPS panel monitor of price Rs.4995/- from Flipkart on 8 December 2019.When I got my delivery (on 15 December 2019)i found there was damage other brand Monitor (beston) in the box which was totally waste product.I applied for refund in Flipkart. when pickup man(Ekart logistics jamshedpur hub) came my home to pickup the product , they denied to pickup as they says that unless they receive any proper email from Flipkart to pickup the product from my home they will not take it . Flipkart is not taking any action against ekart logistics to pickup the product from my home.They are just wasting the time so that refund policy period get over.I am contacting the customer service team from many days but no solution is provided .I want fast refund from Flipkart as soon as possible.
