Flipkart is not delivering my product already paid , they are not replying as well

i have purchased a bed from flipkart on 20th june , via bajaj emi card prepaid system. they have committed to deliver it on 28th june 2019, on the date when delivery boy came they are asking for the money due to some technical problem they have got cash on delivery invoice. after that day i am regularly chasing to flipkart but they are not replying correctly and also not delivering the product . please help me out in this issue.
