Regarding emi convert n give threting to Mya relative

Sir I take loan from ICICI bank now I want to convert into emi but there customer care executive last 2 months say ok we converts it but they refuse once they got minimum payment.
Also they call to my relative n friends n say he took 89000 rupees n also give threting to me if you r not deposited we give you legal notice n our team is waiting outside your house.so pls help me
