in Feb. 2015 i received message from icicidirect.com for free opening of demat a/c. Then i spoken that number. He assured me there is no Annual maintenance and demat charge also till ur demat holding value not crossing rs 50,000.While he came my home for opening my demt a/c he stated give me rs 200 cheque in favour of icicisecurities this money will credit to ur a/c within two month.I given cheque and he opend my a/c no IN30302861540959 on the name of pushpa devi. That rs 200 not credited to my a/c till now.On 01Apr 16 i got message to my mail for AMC and Demat charge for rs 572.I written complain to helpdesk@icicidirect.com with SR No 409760499 dt.20Apr 16 from my E-mail puspdev@mail.com .After complain they not solved my problem AMC & Demat charge debited from my a/c on 27 & 28 Apr 16 Rs 690.
So they are giving false statement & note taking care of their customer.
