My order no-FY281120180000067886. I had ordered 5 items in total, out of which firstly,i had canceled 1 item, of which the money had to be refunded and the app after 5-6 days shows that my refund has been done. Whereas i got no money debited in my account through which i had made the payment. Secondly, i had ordered a shirt which also was delivered wrong, i received a totally different shirt instead. Thirdly,i got delivered my jumpsuit but it had a stain on it.
I wrote so many complaints to them so many emails and messages but have received no reply till now! Its been a month now. I had truly lost all my money because of this app. They do not have any customer care number they say it has been closed you can only chat, and no replies are given of the chats. Seriuosly the worst app ever. They are just stealing the money of their customers.
