Crompton Greaves Cooler- Motor Burnt for sixth time in three month

I purchased a Cropmton Greaves Cooler on 1st May 2016. Within the time of three months the Cooler motor has burnt for six times. The cooler is almost of no use as it was waiting for motor to be replaced.

Several times the report was lodged to Mr. Satya Prakash Head Consumer services, but the problem is recurring again & again. I am asking full refund of the purchase price plus Rs. 20000 compensation.
