My 64 inches Plasma TV is under warranty and lying dead for almost 2 months. Have been repeatedly mailing them for past 2 months, even to their CEO Desk. They dont even tend to reply. They are only making phone calls and making false stories of part coming and sometimes part not available and returning my partial money. Worst customer service and ethics i have seen.
