Complaint against Myntra for selling a Stained/Dirty product and denying refund when product returne

purchased a Polo Ralph Lauren T shirt from Myntra by making an advance payment of Rs.5345 on 16/01/2020 with order number 1131033-7267538-1743101. Th T shirt had stains on collar and looked damp and I raised a return request of the product on 29/01/2020 as the product was returnable within 30 days as per the myntra return policy for this product. SDince I was not satisfied with the product I had the right to return and I exercised my right to return the product. But Myntra denied me the refund saying that the product has stains and has been used. The same reason I returned the product was given by Myntra to deny me the refund and cheat me of my money. This accounts to deficiency in service on the part of Myntra and cheating as they tricked me into buying a faulty product. I raised the issue many times with Myntra but they failed to understand that there was no way for me to look inside a closed packet and find out whether the product I received was ok or not. When I opened it and found out that the product is in bad shape, I did what anybody else would have done. BUt MYntra did nothing to resolve my issue rather they duped me of my hard earned money. I had to call them many a times and send them mails which also lead to harassment & financial loss to me. A compensation of Rs.20000 is also being sought from Myntra for harassing me

    This similar thing has happened with me. I have been delivered trash and when I asked them for return, they tell me it's not the same product.
