Dear sir,

My intex mobile phone was damage on 27th of april and i has been complain the same on 28th April by the customer care and as per the apps you need company policy my complain should be resole before in 21 day but after 1 month 13 day complain are closed without resolve . when i call him they says your complain are closed so i can`t do any things. i`m in problem pls resolve it
