Bad Product and Service from Micromax

I have purchase a cellphone online on 14th March 2015, from the very first beginning it started giving minor problems. However at the end of the last week of November, I submitted the device to the service center and when the phone was given to me it worked fine for few days but then again it started giving the same problems again. Then in March 2016 I again submitted it to the service center to get it repaired again but since the phone is defective as it is creating problems again and again.

I asked them to repair the same but the company is not taking the matter seriously and beating around the bush evertime. Kindly help me in this I have left with a 10k brick at my home.
