STILL WAITING FOR REFUND THERE NO DEVELOPMENT

Hi,

I want to know my status of refund. 10th has been made my query for refund. today almost 10days passed. still no refund I couldn't get it from your side.
I would have been made a payment through credit card. my transaction statement will be reflected on end of this month.
continously I was checking my credit card balance. still I'm not getting refund amount.
what was the issue? do revert back to me.
I lost patience with your good customer service.
transaction not has been done by your end
i never wanted to wait for anymore here afterwards.
