Complaint regarding fraud suffered by Furlenco for mis-selling of their services and claim of refund

I have rented a cot in the month of June 22 for one year, now I am shifting to a new location and I have asked for relocation service (which was free of cost from furlenco's end) so I have paid Rs.5941 to renew my subscription for another year. Now after paying advance for one more year Furlenco team is saying that they have stopped relocation services any further.
I was fine with them stopping the services as per their internal policies but when I asked the company to refund my advance for the next year as I cant do the relocation of the cot on my own they denied the same. I paid this amount yesterday only (27/04/2023) and post multiple request over calls also they are not entertaining this.
Furlenco has changed their relocation policy overnight and same was never informed to me.
why is it that a consumer has to suffer the relocation cost from the company who provides the services for it?
Also why consumer cant get his own money back if company changing policies and not informing before the amount was paid?
Request/prayer
1. refund of my amount of Rs5941 or provide reallocation services
2. compensation of Rs5000 for the mental harassments suffered by furlenco.
