Out of three geberit flush tanks installed in bathrooms in my house, one did not function properly right from day one. It has been a few years over which I have struggled with five of geberit plumbing technicians but the situation remains the same. It is a shame that a big name company provide a faulty flush unit and has failed to provide solution to the problem. All next levels of managers remain hidden behind the impregnable iron wall of the company to enjoy an insulated and safe life and it has not been possible to contact them. The Geberit web page provides no clue to escalate the complaint which is a business practice against rules. I need Geberit Bangalore to send an expert team to examine the problem and offer me a working solution. I am sick of using bucket to flush despite a high level company product ‘decorating’ my bathroom. I expect a response and immediate action. To fill the next block about claim amount, well, I am looking for a solution more than a claim unless we decide to take the matter to consumer court.
