Dear sir,
on 6th feb 2023we booked the sofa at store Royal oak banaswadi bangalore, mrp Rs 58000 through Bajaj finserve loan after few days they deliverd wrong product and they too long time to take back the wrong product, then also they did not given the product which we orderd, after that we orderd other sofa that is also they did not delivered in time, so we cancelled the booking at banaswadi royal oak on the date 10-02-2023, and also i requested to the store cancel the loan amount 58000 on the same day, but till today loan is not cancelled and 1st month emi 7413 RS Deducted, i call everday to store person but there is no proper response from the store,
so i request you to take the action immediately and resolve the problem
