Sold me an international roaming pack, stating wrong details due to which I had to suffer while abro

I purchased a Vodafone iroam pack for 4695 inr which should have allowed me to make calls to local number while in Canada. The calls never connected and I raised complaint for the same which was never addressed till my roaming pack got over. I wish to get a refund for the pack along with adequate compensation for the harassment I faced.
