UTS APP - Unable to use existing tikcets, The Unusable Ticketing System?

Unable to use use existing booked ticket because of change of handset. Online process does not allow to change handset, gives an error "Cannot process IMEI change request, active tickets are there for the day.Please try after a day."

    I have taken mobile handset through Bajaj Finsarv. I am paying monthly EMI by ECS with no issues. In the month of January there was balance in my account but they didn't cut EMI on time and marked me irregular.Now they are applying penalty on interest. I never missed the EMI date...but now they are saying that it is must to pay penalty amount. What to do...please address me
