Hi zomato,

I am sending this message as an information to you that first of all not even single contact number ia available in the entire internet or on your website where we can have an assistance from you. Second i ordered food from DOWN TOWN MULTICUISINE RESTURANT, wakad Pune 411057 last night, my order# 1941720521, firstly zomato allotted this order to pick up by the delivery boy whose number was switched off entirely, and when i got a call from zomato regarding the recieving confirmation the delivery boy who was in conference somehow, he said that he will be coming in 2 minutes which he never came. I tried almost every number available in your website nothing worked. Absolutely disturbing and disgusting service by zomato. First you made customer wait for many hours and then you marked order delivered on your own. I am very disappointed and frustrated currently and i am trying to drag this issue to the consumer court. This is not the first time, same thing happened multiple times. But this time i won't take it anymore.
The worst thing about zomato is no one respond from your service staff in India specifically.
